The ISoTL staff at UBC support faculty members in engaging in reflective practices and pedagogical research by providing training and professional development for faculty members who seek to engage in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL).
SoTL Linkage Grants
SoTL Linkage Grants have been jointly established by the offices of the VPA and VPRI, together with ISoTL, to enable the synthesis, exploration and high-impact dissemination of interdisciplinary SoTL research.
The SoTL Seed Program provides graduate research specialists, collegial collaborations, and complementary funding for projects, for faculty interested in exploring and understanding the impact of their pedagogical choices.
